Kingslin Capital is an Oregon base real estate investment group. Our focus is on two areas:

1. We invest in commercial properties that we can entitle, develop, re-develop or can create income producing property from a distressed property. We focus on generating returns between 12% and 20%.

2. Kingslin Capital specializes in financing or securing financing for difficult to finance project or properties such as constructions loans, non profit loans, private schools and ministries. In addition to financing we offer an array of services such as management, capital development, financial structuring and putting a plan together for our clients that will best fit their needs.
